Pray Without Ceasing

     Romans 8:26-28 reads, "Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not What we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with Groanings which cannot be uttered. And He that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is the mind of the Spirit, because he maketh intercession for the saints according to the will of God.  And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose."

     What peace and overflowing joy to be in the perfect will of God.  Without any doubt, this Prophetic Intercessors' Conference was a "crossroads" time, a set time, and an assembling together for God's heart, will, plan, and purpose to be accomplished for the past, present, and future.  As we walked out about 1:30 am Sunday morning we left with the blessed assurance "it is finished and a new day, time, and season has begun."  Every service and session was led by the Holy Spirit.  We are more filled with determination that ever to be "willing and obedient" to the Lord in the saving of America, the building of the Church, and the expansion of the Kingdom of God.  We have purpose, focus, and a goal.

     The Holy Spirit led us to intercede for seven hours in other tongues on Thursday.  Only time will reveal all that was accomplished.  As we prayed in the Spirit, the Lord clearly spoke to me.  During the time He said, "I am getting this (the works of the flesh) out so My people can have strength to birth."

     "And they said unto him, Thus saith Hezekiah, This day is a day of trouble, and of rebuke, and of blasphemy: for the children are come to the birth, and there is not strength to bring forth" (Isaiah 37:3).

     "My little children, of whom I travail in birth again until Christ be formed in you" (Galatians 4:19).

     Each and every leader led and shared in a life-changing way.  It is very encouraging to hear what God is doing as they lead others in prayer.  Terri Moore, the Coordinator of Prayer for Mississippi, and newly assigned Louisiana Coordinator, had this to share: "We in Mississippi are seeing God move in awesome ways.  When I was quickened by the Holy Spirit in January to contact and invite a local Jackson attorney to our 24-7 Pray USA meeting we were asked to pray for a case he had just taken.  Out of all the attorneys in Jackson, Mississippi, he was called to file suit to close the last abortion clinic in Mississippi.  We have diligently prayed toward this end and are continuing to pray for this case and for this attorney to have the wisdom of God and the mind of God in every area needed for success.

     This is a David and Goliath case and we KNOW the outcome of that fight and are expecting our God to bring victory in this fight.  I truly believe Mississippi will be a 'barrier breaker' for the rest of the nation when Mississippi becomes the first abortion free state in the United States of America.  The physician who wrote the deposition for this case has asked me for prayer.  We continue to cover her in prayer as she is involved as much as possible to end abortion in Mississippi.  Originally this physician came to Mississippi to open the first abortion clinic in our state.  Now as a Christian she is being used by God to turn evil into good.  What an honor to pray for such important issues on the heart of God!

     Righteousness and justice shall prevail in Mississippi and in this great nation as the Church of Jesus Christ takes her place in prevailing prayer and action ordered by the Master.  Truly, prayer changes things!  Recently I heard a man of God say the reason prayer in ineffective is because 300 people may have gathered to pray who have no power; but you gather 20 who have power and you will be effective.  When the Body of Christ knows WHO is in her and the power that backs her up; she will gain victory every time for the King.  Can we, as intercessors throughout our nation, gather as a small seed filled with the power of God and the mind of God take our place, and change this great nation for Jesus Christ?  I say we can, so let's just do it!!!"
