Be still and know that I am God.  Wait for Me.  I will surely cause that destiny.  I am the One that arranged it.  I am the One that planned it.  I am the One that said it was going to be.  You did not start it, so you do not have to finish it.  I will do it, saith the Lord.  I will do it.  Just let Me do it. 

Do not get out ahead of Me, because you get in trouble when you get out ahead of Me.  You are to follow Me, and when you follow Me, I will lead.  When you follow me, I will open doors that no man can close.  When you follow Me, I will shut doors that no devil can open.

For I am the Lord thy God, and I have chosen you.  I have chosen you because I love you, and I have chosen you to bless you.  But I have chosen you to make you a symbol and a source of blessing.  And yes, it is true I have destined you for more in 2004.  I have ordained that you soar in the supernatural in 2004, and to soar, you have to be like the well-filled balloon.  You have to be filled with the air of My Presence and the air of My Being.  You have to be filled with Ruach.  You have to be filled with the Spirit, saith the Lord.

So that means, that if you are going to soar in 2004, you are going to be a people without fear because fear means that you are deflated.  Fear means that all of the air has come out of the balloon.  So, I say unto you that you are not going to fear, that you are going to be filled with Me, and you are going to soar because I am going to be your helium.  I am going to be your energy.  I am going to be your wind, and I am going to be your spirit. 

And you will begin to see things high above that you have never seen before, for I will give you the eyes of the eagles as you soar in 2004.  And you will look down upon things that caused you great consternation and they will seem as nothing.  They will seem so tiny and so, so "un-dangerous" to you, so just nothing to you, that you will say, “What is it that used to worry me yesterday?”  And you will not be able to remember it!

For you will not only soar in 2004, but you will have the mind of Christ as you have never had the mind of Christ, and you will begin to see things as I see things in the proper perspective.  For is it not written, I do not save by many or by few.  I am simply THE SAVIOUR, and I will use each and every one of you. 

So look not to the left nor to the right.  Look not behind you, but look at Me and then you will soar in flight.  For I have caused you to be people of supernatural height, and I give you hinds’ feet, and you will walk on the roughest of the roughest places.  You will climb in the roughest of the roughest altitudes, and you will have an attitude that will cause you to soar high in altitude. 

And you will say, this is the day that the Lord has blessed.  This is the day that the Lord has made, and then you will rise up and you will call Me blessed and I will reciprocate.  I will pour out My blessings upon you, and then you will not be able to escape the blessings that I have ordained for you.  And they will look at you and say, “Lead me to the Promised Land that you have found, for I know that you know the way.”  And I say that you will because you are going to follow Me day after day.
